1. Putin becomes MORE insecure.
2. Others in the Inner Circle begin contemplating this as a 'possibility'.
 
Biden and his people made a brilliant move with that speech. Biden sent an exact and powerful message to Putin and Russian powerbrokers. Then .for diplomatic reasons, took the sting away. The message is still very clear. It was quite smart.
