Hila Rotem’s mother was left in captivity, in a breach of the agreement by Hamas. Mia Regev was describes as being in a complicated, but not life-threatening health situation, and was rushed to Soroka hospital. She was wounded during the massacre. Her sister is still being held hostage.

In addition, 4 foreign workers from Thailand were released. This was confirmed by the Red Cross and Israel. Hamas was supposed to release seven foreign nationals.
