Ages 15-17 are not yet adults.

So not kids and it doesn't prove that Democrats are for mutilation.

Not possible. Democrats are too dishonest to ever state their agenda euphemism-free. You know this. Democrats prefer to use the euphemism "gender-affirming care" instead of "harmful self mutilation" because it also includes a few non-mutilation options, allowing Democrats to say "See, it doesn't necessarily involve mutilation."

Democrats believe that your type of chromosomes are "assigned to you at birth", and that anyone can just "will" a transformation to another gender, and that all those surgical and non-surgical options of gender affirming care merely make the transformation better.
