Correct. Co. is one of 4 or 5 states that have mail only voting, and is very successful.

ballot. The elderly, disabled and military. The rest of you

That is not happening, so you have no point.

The thread is about possible noncitizens who got information about how to register to vote. The process for registering to vote is not a secret, so I see nothing wrong with telling as many people as possible how to register to vote.

Yes it does happen. Here in Florida you must request your absentee ballot

Registration forms were sent out by mail. No ID required to read and mail in a registration form. DUH!

Interesting that you'd say that. You call us rural folk toothless uneducated trash, so it's us who must be at the bottom of the financial ladder, have no transportation and have or driver's license.
