There are three huge AI IPOs that will be hitting the markets in the next few months: OpenAI, Anthropic, and SpaceX. All need huge amounts of money. If they do normal IPOs, then the three of them will be bigger than all the IPOs in the last decade.
AI is awesome. Its like that pill in matrix that teaches you kung fu. Without spending any effort I now have the ability to translate any language known to man and to make myself understood in those languages. That would have taken decades of education before.
I can make cartoons comics and simple movies without knowing how to actually draw. Just by telling AI what I want to appear in the panels. AI even adds touches of its own without me thinking about it.
Aside from the productivity gains. This is the biggest gain in skills that you can give to the populace. 50 years ago humans would have struggled to understand 2 languages. Now everyone born moving forward will understand all of them from birth.
