Alabama cops tackle, arrest black woman in Waffle House over ‘the f-bomb’

therein lies the problem, but again, I prefer professionalism......when one lets government get away with a little law breaking, all law breaks down.

I don't support excessive force being used by police, or excusing illegal actions by them either. In this particular case, it appears that the woman who got arrested was in the wrong and brought it on herself with her actions.

and by blaming the civilian, you are indeed endorsing excessive force implicitly.

read my other posts before you consider failure.

Then educate us and explain what should have happened, when:
Question 1 - The management asked her to leave and she didn't?
Answer 1 - _____________________________________________

Question 2 - The Officers told her to leave and she didn't?
Answer 2 - ________________________________________

Question 3 - The Officers told her to put her hands behind her back and she didn't?
Answer 3 - __________________________________________________

Question 4 - When she physically resisted having her hands put behind her back?
Answer 4 - ______________________________________________

as i've stated previously, though I think you've been in agreement with others, that the people need babysitters and are no longer capable of governing ourselves........is that right?

I never said a word about people needing baby sitters.

What I've said is that when someone refuses to be in control of themselves, then they allow someone else to take control of the situation.

How about people start acting like they have control of their behavior.

again, there is a use of force doctrine that defines the appropriate levels of force for police to use. my problem is with people, like yourself, that allow law enforcement to violate that, just a little, because you believe people need to be taught a lesson.

what I wonder is WHY do you tell civilians that the fight should be in the courts, not the stree, but let police do the fight in the street and not the courts? could it be because you're a cowardly mother fucker who needs big brother to open cans of whoop ass to make YOU feel safe?

You mean like you driving without a license despite the law requiring you have one. What will you do next?

sure. maybe like these badge wearing idiots?

or is this going to be another one of your 'fight it in the courts' bullshit?

eh, maybe. i'm more about the professionalism.......why does a full grown man need to threaten a smaller woman about breaking her arm when he has two people as backup. but don't mind me, i've only been a professional most of my life.

Then start acting professional and stay with the facts of the situation.
Was her ass beaten?
You would rather he did break her arm, instead of making the comment?

i'd rather he be a professional, period. we the people give that badged individual an awful lot of power. the least he could do is wield it with professionalism.
