Alarms are going off and red flags are waving

There is a problem with Mitch's kowtowing to Trump. Trump offered no defense in the House impeachment. That is because he did not have one. However, he knew the Trumpican party would follow orders.They voted in bloc pro Trump. But Mitch opening up his foodhole and is saying he is working with the Whitehouse, suggests they will direct him, and that is causing a problem. Trump lost in the House and will cheat in the Senate trial. That gives him no defense rooted in fact. He will not have had a fair and open defense at any point. He resorted to fixing the trial. Obviously, he has to. That is not exoneration but more like a confession of guilt.
 
Interesting way to look at it. McConnell vowing to "work closely with WH lawyers" is like the judge at your DUI trial vowing to work closely with the prosecution, eh?
