Shawn Still

He was one of 16 Georgia Republicans who signed a certificate falsely stating that Trump had won the state and declaring themselves the state’s "duly elected and qualified" electors. Shawn Still was the finance chairman for the state GOP in 2020 and served as a Georgia delegate to the Republican National Convention that year. He was elected to the Georgia state Senate in November 2022 and represents a district in Atlanta’s suburbs.

There are.

Very clear laws, about fraud and executing false gov't doc's.

This is the election fraud on steroids Trump wanted to find accept instead of single votes stolen via a dead voter fake vote, they simply steal the entire State slate in one go.,

But to be fair a few of them were duped by the Trump campaign. They were told these would only be used if the court challenges were successful and thus the 'alternate electors' were legal. The Trump campaign ensured them that was the case and then sent them in to Mike Pence (who refused to take them) anyway, exposing them to these criminal charges.


I think those ones will all get leniency if they are fully cooperating, despite the fact they broke the law regardless by filling out the fake gov't forms.

This is yet another case of Trump using his most ardent supporters as cannon fodder and not caring if they go to jail.

And if they cooperate with the prosecutors posters like PmP will say they were never true republicans or Trump supporters anyway.
