You MAGATs are desperately trying to change that and federalize them all, which is against the Constitution. It is the duty of the courts to interpret law and issue rulings based on law. You forgot the word "LEGISLATURE". Lower Courts lack the authority to alter election laws. In the 2020 election lower courts exceeded their Constitutional authority and changed voter laws in the swing states of Pennsylvania, Michigan and Georgia .
