What if Trump's dream of manufactoring Jobs returned back to the US, all of the, back to our country. WHO IN THE FUCK ARE WE GONNA SELL OUR SHIT TOO? EACH OTHER? We don't need Canadian lumber? We don't need American cars from Canada? We don't need shit from Canada? The man is insane...if it wasn't for Canada, we'd have no market of sells. Asia could give two fucks about our cars, our domestic products...they make their own shit. Where Donald fuck head would we get the ingredient to make our pharmacutical meds? A) Yes, the United States needs Canada, particularly for trade, defense, and security. While the U.S. can produce many goods and services domestically, Canada is a vital source for certain raw materials, energy, and critical minerals. Canada is also a key ally in defense and security, playing a crucial role in NORAD and other security initiatives.

A) While Canada and the US have a deeply integrated economic relationship, Canada does not need the US to survive. While disruptions to trade could negatively impact the Canadian economy, Canada has a strong domestic economy and can function independently

B) While China's reliance on the US has decreased, it still needs the US market for trade and economic stability. However, China also has its own vast domestic market and is the largest trading partner for many other countries, suggesting it's not entirely dependent on the US for survival.

B) While China is a major trading partner with the United States, the US is not entirely reliant on China for survival. The US possesses a robust economy with diverse industries and a wide network of trading partners, allowing it to function effectively even with reduced trade with China. However, disruptions to trade can have economic consequences.

ALONE) While the US could hypothetically survive without trade with other countries, it would face significant economic challenges and a reduced standard of living. The US imports essential goods like crude oil, potash, and aluminum, and reliance on foreign production for some goods, like microchips, could create difficulties.

Question... Does Canada still have an active military...?

We could use a reduced standard of living to wake the fuck up.

Canada could be a good friend but currently they are too fucking expensive. Wise folk get rid of friends who become too expensive.

We can live without 100% of what Canada has to offer. Prove me wrong or kiss my ass.
Tell that to all the Americans that get their electric from Canada, What is it a good part of the upper mid west then places like upper NY , NH. Maine and more , it is some where like 15 to 20 million families if not more that depend on Canada for their electric.
NO there ARE a LOT of Americans that NEED Canada.
I don't want to see anybody hurt by Trumps BS but just to get their attention I think Canada should shut off the power to these people for a day or two.
I am sure they would let Trump know to stop all his BS.

Gods that is inane. They provide less than 1% of the power to some folks in the US, shutting off their feed will not effect anyone, it is equivalent to one station going down and that happens constantly... the loads will level, they will not even know it happened.
Again shut all the power we get from Canada down and see what an impact it has .
As I said in my last post it will effect MILLIONS of Americans.

Actually, Canada supplies a tiny fraction of what those areas consume, and that fraction is getting smaller.

It's gone from about 67,000 GW to about 27,000 GW in the last decade alone.

Well then they should shut it down , according to you MAGAS it won't effect any Americans.
So why not?
It would be fine. I am also not a MAGA... You simply do not pay attention, there was a whole thread on this where I posted all the information... I am NOT going through that again. They provide just a bit less than 1% of the power to some folks in the US, and as I explained it would be like one station going down, this is a constant thing they do on purpose as they load level. Shutting down the power from Canada would be like shutting one of those down, the loads would level, they would not even suffer even a tiny bit of outage.

It simply is not the issue you think it is.

Point is Canada STILL supplies several MILLION American families with their electric.
And will keep supplying them as long as THEY decide to.
Have them shut it off and watch those millions of families start yelling.

Wrong. Canada supplies a small fraction of Americans with power when that power is cheaper than buying US power. If Canada stopped supplying it, the Americans who were getting it would simply now get their power from some US generation source. Nobody would be cut off or lose their electrical power.
