Yeah, Trump had an Afghani war and gave Biden a poison pill treaty to enact.
Yup.

Trump set that up so if Biden stuck to the Trump deal, there was almost no way it would happen without chaos. Trump dealing with the Taliban only and not involving the Afghan gov't was a recipe for Afghan govt flight the second the US pulled out.

But if Biden said 'we are not doing the Trump deal, we need more time' and the Taliban saw that as renege and feared Biden wanted to stay and they attacked and killed any US troops to try and escalate to get the US out then all the magats and media would have said 'Biden why did you not just stick to the Trump deal and leave. He already had agreement with the Taliban'. And he would be blamed for all that followed.

Yeah, Trump had an Afghani war and gave Biden a poison pill treaty to enact.
Biden threw out, stopped, or otherwise overturned much of what Trump did in his first term. He could have easily done the same with that Afghanistan agreement--it really wasn't a treaty as Congress didn't ratify it. But Biden chose not to. In fact, he pushed up the agreed dates making the withdrawal faster.

But I can see the reason for that. Biden was in office, either as President or in congress, for nearly 50 years. In that time, he was on the wrong side of every major foreign policy decision made by the US. He was, and is, a foreign policy fuck up.

For example, when Obama learned of Osama bin Laden's location, Biden advised against a strike to get him. Obama delayed his decision for almost six months based in part on that bad advice.

So, that Biden fucked away Afghanistan is just par for the course. He proved, once again, why he shouldn't have been in power. One of our most inept and worst presidents ever.

if Biden threw out the Trump negotiated deal and the Taliban feared that was just an excuse for the US to never leave and attacked you would have been the first one saying 'all Biden had to do was follow the Trump deal and not screw it up'.

No chance you would have been arguing 'biden was right to throw it out' if bad fallout came from cancelling the deal.

Biden was given no clean choice and just getting the US out was the big win as no other POTUS did it, including Trump but they all talked about it. So while you argue 'biden could have done it BETTER' you cannot say Trump or any before him did it 'at all'. The rest all failed.

Not really. Leaving the status quo in Afghanistan leaves it a standoff. The reason the Taliban won is the US pulled out entirely and quickly--a rout. A rout lets a weaker opponent destroy a more powerful one. Custer's last stand and Isandlwana, are but two examples of two examples of this. The same thing happened in S. Vietnam. The ARVN forces initially held their line and defeated the NVA. But as casualties mounted and equipment was lost along with munitions running out, they started to crack. The US Congress--Democrats--refused to honor the treaty with S. Vietnam Nixon had negotiated to supply them replacement arms and munitions, and the ARVN started to fall apart. Defeat turned into a rout.

rout
[raʊt]
noun
verb
rout (noun)
routs (plural noun)
  1. a disorderly retreat of defeated troops

If Biden did nothing, the situation wouldn't have changed. It would have remained a low-grade war with little or no progress.

Biden was an idiot, as he always had been, on foreign policy. He made the worst possible choice and then forced it on the military. They obeyed the orders and Afghanistan turned into a rout. Like I said, when it comes to foreign policy, Biden was a complete disaster, and not just with Afghanistan but virtually everything he was involved in for nearly 50 years.

Biden didn't have an "Afghanistan war." Biden had an Afghanistan rout. Sort of like Custer's rout and defeat, but with television coverage.
Yeah, trump said he'd get us out of there in his first term and he didn't. How about those 6 dead soldiers you don't seem to give a fuck about now because the president responsible has an "R" next to his name? Nothing to say about that? Color us not shocked, princess.

You've got a tremendous hardon for Biden. I wonder if he knew if it would make him blush, trumptard?

trump shit-canned the Iran Nuclear agreement - not because it wasn't working - but because Obama negotiated it and he hates Obama. the fact trump got us out of the agreement IS THE REASON Iran started reconstituting their nuke program.

Like tariffs, trump keeps trying to fix problems he created. This is why you're going to lose in November and beyond, trumptard.

trump needs a "Benghazi like" hearing like they gave Hillary.
For what? At Benghazi the US ambassador to Libya was involved and ultimately killed. A US embassy location was under attack. Those on the scene called Washington for help. There were available forces that could have been sent to help or defend the location.

The Hildabeast was nowhere to be found in all that. She was the one in charge as embassies are a State Department responsibility. When her and the State Department's inactions came to light, the Hildabeast shrugged off any responsibility. So, what is Trump currently doing that is like that?

Absolutely true. @T. A. Gardner will still be blaming Biden for shit 10 presidents from now. I figure with TA, since most trumptards are closet gays - with TA it's frustrated attraction!

It wasn't working. It was bullshit. Iran never stopped their nuke program.

Iran is a problem Carter created.

trump didn't warn or evacuate Americans in vulnerable positions. There are still thousands trapped over there. This is probably worse than Benghazi.
