Start with the definition I just supplied. However, Fascism's characteristics are a strong leader with the family involved in leading. It is a connection between governments and corporations. It is heavy on propaganda and easy to use violence and a police state to "change" those who are not going along. It is authoritarian. It is hidden in nationalism., including racial aspects of their nationalism. It uses propaganda. You can look art Trump speaking and think it is Mussolini talking.

That is clearly either an oligarchy or a monarchy, not fascism.

That defines Statist Capitalism, a form of Socialism, a Leftist thing.

Those are exactly what Trump was doing. He was also tearing down the walls of separation. He was seeking power over all branches, as any Fascist would. The left gets the facts. The right gets Fox Gnus deliberately lying to the viewers. That is propaganda.
