Hilarious indeed, since there is no country named French Suriname. You probably mean French Guiana, since Suriname has nothing to do with France; is an independent nation, and being a former Netherlands colony, Surinamese speak Dutch.

GODDAMN IT, I MEANT FRENCH GUIANA!!!! Yes, Guiana was British, Suriname was Dutch, and French Guiana is French. Quite frankly, I'm surprised they never lost it back when Algeria and Vietnam were kicking the shit out of them.
