you are seriously deluded if you think for even ONE SECOND that i'm supposed to remember a post of yours from march of 2009 that you claim 'prevents' another housing bubble and collapse, especially when you can't remember that every other week I have to publicly state that i'm a Libertarian. I see NOTHING, I REPEAT NOTHING!!!!!!!, in there whatsoever that prevents another housing bubble and collapse. Only that it protects the banks and investors from losing any monies upon the collapse happening. THAT is not preventing a bubble or collapse.
