No, it is not. You are claiming that an oil company has status over the country in which they are drilling. The oil is Venezuela's. Oil leases do not make oil exploiters owners. That is a risk companies assume when they drill in foreign lands.

Wrong wrong wrong. Oil leases give the right to the oil to the oil companies that paid for the leases. In fact the infrastructure,pipes , pump jacks, tanks etc belong to the oil companies Chanez stole off of it. Maduro was using it.
