Not true at all. South Vietnam was a Member of Nato's counterpart Seato.... South East Asian Treaty Organization. This is the reason why South Korea sent ROK Marines to fight by our side, Australia sent combat troops as well, and Japan sent hospital ships. They were attacked by the North,...we were duly sworn to defend them as a member. No different than if the old west Germany would have been attacked by the Soviets during the cold war. WHY people dont know this FACT is beyond me. Just common stupidity I suppose...

If you believe that the U.S should have honored its NATO commitment but not its SEATO commitment I believe that would bring into question if anti Asian racism may be involved.... :cool:

Did I say that? Pretty sure I didnt. :laugh: I want Presidents and vice presidents picked on their merits,....not simply because they are a woman or of a certain race. Before the cackling old Ho was even picked Biden announced that no matter who he picked,.... it would be a woman.

My hope is that she becomes president due to old Joe not being able to serve out his term. GREAT chance of that happening BTW. If so.....she will make things even easier for my side of the aisle. ;)
