I do......equal pay for EQUAL work is the way it should be......

but don't come around with bullshit comparing a clerk to the janitor.....thats not equal work.....

If you want the janitors pay, become a janitor.....and visa versa.....

Well, explain the issue as you see it.....you want compare two totally different jobs and claim they are somehow equivalent ?

The gal holding the flag at one end a construction site gets the same pay as the guy holding the flag at the other end....same job, same pay.

MSNBC pays the female co-host 2 milllion a year and pays Scarborough 4 milllion.....and the gal is bragging how MSNBC is so fair and transparent....

ANDREA MITCHELL exposes the hypocrisy.....

Months ago, even Democrat Congress women were exposed in higher pay for the men on their staffs compared to the women do the same work...more hypocrisy...


Take a clue from Hillary...
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton says in a new interview that she can’t stand “whining” by women who are unhappy with the work and family choices they’ve made in life and complain that they have no options.

I want fair and equal pay for people doing the same jobs. I don't like whiners, either. There willl always be fakes, but that does not mean that pay discrepencies do not exist.

The pay scale survey done for Congressional staffer pay was not in a scientific manner, it lumped part time employees and people who did not work a full year in with full time employees, it did not compare apples to apples. It also did not compare salaries inter office, what the individual Congress person was paying their staffers whose duties were the same.

In other words the studies were flawed.
