Hey Biden told a doosey the other day. He told a group of vets that when he became V.P. he gave his uncle a purple heart he had earned in WWll but never received . When he gave it to his uncle said he didn't want it because others there had died. There is just one little problem. Biden's uncle died in 1999 and Biden became VP in 2008.
