Schumer is just doing the exact same thing that Mitch did in 2020, pushing thru as many Biden appointees as he can during the lame duck period, in fact, he’ll still come up ten to twenty short of the record Mitch set. Why do you start threads when you don’t understand what you are posting?

Presidents fill empty positions on the courts. The Senate is supposed to vote on them. None of this is stacking the court. There is no changing of the size of the court, which would generally be considered stacking the court.

Usually, Republicans would block the filling of court positions, even though that is unconstitutional, until a republican can be president... But Republicans are getting lazy these days, and not even bothering to show up. You cannot blame Democrats for that.

Radical, no, left leaning judges, yes, as I said, the exact same thing Mitch did in 2020, it is usually done by every outgoing Senate facing an opposing party’s elected President

And by the way, to further educate you, each appointee has to have the approval of at least one Senator from the State inwhich he is being appointed, meaning Schumer isn’t getting new Judges in Red States just as Mitch didn’t in Blue States unless a deal is swung
