Another day another Democrat in Congress opposes ICE violently

The Shadowy World of Agents Provocateurs

In the labyrinth of modern law enforcement tactics, the role of agents provocateurs emerges as a particularly contentious and enigmatic element. These undercover operatives, often embedded within political groups and social movements, are tasked with a covert, and sometimes controversial, mandate. Their primary function, ostensibly, is to identify and prevent criminal activities. However, their presence and actions frequently transcend this boundary, leading to significant legal and ethical dilemmas. This is especially pertinent in the context of the United Kingdom, where recent public inquiries and legislative actions, such as the Covert Human Intelligence Sources (Criminal Conduct) Act, have brought these clandestine operations into the limelight.

Yet, somehow, none were present at the Capitol on Jan 6...

Another perspective: They are trying to protect the asylum seekers.

Protecting and supporting the violent criminals is a propaganda.
Then why are they randomly rioting violently at every ICE operation? The one that's the subject of this thread was a multi-year investigation into a human trafficking ring with ties to a Mexican cartel. Those arrested included violent and serial felons.

Worse, a representative of Congress put herself in the middle of this riot, siding with the rioters, to try and hinder or even stop ICE enforcing judicially issued, federal, arrest warrants. Neither she, nor the protesters, gave a shit whether ICE was doing something legal or not. They were intent on stopping them and running them out of the barrio, nothing less.

Those protesting ICE haven't got a clue about some particular ICE operation. They simply oppose ICE at every turn and are willing to resort to violence and direct action to make that happen.
