Another glaring example of Romney stupidity

The 11th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks was a really bad day for America. We had embassies in Libya and Egypt attacked, our flags torn down and burned, replaced by black alQaeda flags, and one of our ambassadors killed. In response, the embassy in Cairo issued an apology for the "hurt feelings" of Muslims over a movie which was reportedly 'unfavorable' to Muhammad. Not only did they apologize for hurting their feelings, they admonished the film maker for using free speech to "insult" Muslims. In light of all this, Obama was on the golf course, to get in a few rounds between campaign stops, and eventually the State Department issued a tepid statement of blanket 'condemnation' for the acts.

What was Romney doing? Well, his team was sending out Facebook notices for supporters to order yard signs, which.. get this, they have to PAY for! So not only does he seem to be completely disconnected from the disgusting and deplorable events of the day, he's busy hocking yard signs, as if he actually NEEDS us to buy them from him! AMAZING! I am genuinely embarrassed for him and his campaign team. Are they this completely inept? Do they not realize how this came across? I'm relatively sure Romney's foremost concern today, was not whether or not he sold some yard signs, and I am fairly certain he has heard news reports of what is happening over there. It would seem to me, I don't know, maybe a good time to point out the Obama administrations feckless foreign policy with regard to the Middle East? Perhaps remind people that Obama, Democrats and Liberals, supported the "Arab Spring" and the overthrow of Mubarak and Qadaffi, while the Tea Party warned of dire consequences? But nope... the selling of some yard signs was much more important, apparently.

This is why I have said, the GOP picked the wrong guy. He is as 'politically tone deaf' as George W. Bush, and he is literally losing an election that should be a slam dunk, right before our eyes. All I can say is, God help us the next 4 years. :palm:

So where is this apology for hurting their feelings? What is the wording of the apology, cuz I cant find any apology... Who issued this apology?

Where was this apology issued and to who?

Are you predicting Romney will lose? If so I am worried about the Presidents chances.

I still dont see an apology, I looked at your site, no apology.

What words do you see that constitute an apology?

Yep, I even posted a thread about it. The saddest part is, he won't lose because Obama is a better president than he would be, or because he didn't have the chance to win. He won't lose because Obama's ideas are better or we're moving in the right direction. He will lose because he is too much of a "nice guy" to run against a Chicago thug and a party that will literally lie about anything, or throw anyone they need to under the bus, in order to retain power. If we had a Ronald Reagan, this election would be a slam dunk, but Mitt is no Ronald Reagan... there's the problem in an nutshell.

September 11, 2012

The Embassy of the United States in Cairo condemns the continuing efforts by misguided individuals to hurt the religious feelings of Muslims – as we condemn efforts to offend believers of all religions. Today, the 11th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the United States, Americans are honoring our patriots and those who serve our nation as the fitting response to the enemies of democracy. Respect for religious beliefs is a cornerstone of American democracy. We firmly reject the actions by those who abuse the universal right of free speech to hurt the religious beliefs of others.

The only thing missing is the use of the actual word "apology" but the apology is still there, and if you don't see it, you are a moron who doesn't know how to comprehend the English language. It's an apology and a condemnation of free speech. Of course, this 'tweet' has since been deleted, and the WH has walked it all back now, so as to not leave the impression that any apology was ever gestured. And you've gotten your marching orders to go out there and chirp your little liberal heart out, and here you are!

Ahh Dixie.....you seem to have such difficulties with facts. The Egyptian embassy issued it's press statement condeming the anti-islamic movie BEFORE the attacks occured. Not AFTER!

Not only that that statement was made by the Embassy without prior consent of the White House, in an attempt to diffuse a bad situation, which is all together appropriate.

By commenting on the situation, before he new all the facts, Mitt really put his foot in his mouth.

LOL You freaken pussy Dixie! The GOP has been playing beneath the belt low ball, dirty pool politics for 40 years and finally there's a Democrat who's not a pussy who gives it back to you and you have the hypocritical gall to cry about it?

See this Dixie <->? It's the smallest CD player in the world and it's playing "My heart pumps pee for you!" LOL

The Embassy in Cairo apologized for "hurting religious feelings", the WH recanted that, then the State Department went and re-apologized...

It is clear from the reaction of the moonbat left wingers and the house organ lame stream media that Romney has punched Maobama square in the mouth on this issue. It is clear for all to see what a complete failure Odummyfucker is. Egypt and Libya are HIS foreign policies. He can't blame Bush. That is why the left is skeered.

Oh and as for not politicizing deaths, there is this. So leftardiots can just fuck off

Now I am truely concerned about the President's reelection, although it may just be your reasoning that you are incorrect about.... not your ultimate conclusion.

1) That is simply not an apology, it was a statement of rejection of someones statement.
2) It was not released by or approved by President Obama.
3) It was an attempt to calm the crowd that was trying to kill those who released the statement.

Dear idiot Dixie,

that statement was released by the embassey to try and quell the violence.

Do you not like these people to try and quell the violence to protect themselves?

Simply not apologies. A condemnation of someone's bigoted comments is not an apology. In fact its a clear statement that you are not responsable for that persons actions.l

When you called me a bigot for my comments about Mormonism were you apologising for me?

This really does have you upset. Maybe you should double up on your blood pressure medication this morning.

Look... you people have turned from 'revolutionaries' to 'reactionaries' and you don't even seem to realize it. You and Obama's whole shtick was to "apologize" for the Bush Doctrine, American Exceptionalism, and U.S. Foreign Policy the past 60 years in the Middle East. Obama's very first trip abroad was dubbed "The Apology Tour" and you now want to pretend none of these things have ever transpired, and you guys have always been wavin' the flag and singin' Yankee Doodle!

You're a bunch of lying pathological morons, who don't comprehend what other people see.
