it is NOT enumerated..The right to privacy is written in the Constitution. Something the SCOTUS doesn't understand.
Ninth Amendment reads, "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people." The amendment clearly leaves the door open for determining just which rights have constitutional protection.
