Another judicial smackdown of the Left

Remember a few weeks ago when a Biden appointed district court judge in Chicago ordered the release of hundreds of illegals ICE had detained on various charges? Well, the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals just threw his ruling out. The appeals courts said Cummings, the district judge, overstepped his authority in ordering a blanket release of illegals on bond or their own recognizance.

So, the illegals are either going to stay in custody or are headed back there.

Seems the Left just doesn't get it.
