I am serious when i say this as i had not seen this before and this is, in my opinion, the most suggestive evidence that both Letisha James and Lisa Cook may have indeed committed mortgage fraud.

Trump Allegedly Committed Same ‘Mortgage Fraud’ His Admin Prosecuted Letitia James For: Report

Trump’s Own Mortgages Match His Description of Mortgage Fraud, Records Reveal

The Trump administration has argued that Fed board member Lisa Cook may have committed mortgage fraud by declaring more than one primary residence on her loans. We found Trump once did the very thing he called “deceitful and potentially criminal.”

---------------

I had not seen the above until now, and i do believe (not joking) that the demonstration that this was a way Trump commonly filed his mortgage documents is the biggest indicator of fraud.

It would be similar to if someone was outed as a Pedophile and groomer and you were their best friend, hanging out with them all the time, for over 15 years, and how that would almost certainly point to you having, at a minimum, knowledge of what they were doing. Just to use one hypothetical I just made up, to parallel this.

I have to admit being wrong about the above, as the evidence suggests that many of the properties Trump bought and registered as homes that would be his primary residence, and NOT rented out, were actually only rented out by Trump. These are properties near Mar A Lago were his real estate agent, still a Trump friend and supporter, admitted they were solely rental properties despite what Trump declared.

So this is much worse than what Lisa Cook and Letisha James are accused of by the Trump DoJ.

Are they financed?

Trump’s Own Mortgages Match His Description of Mortgage Fraud, Records Reveal

years earlier, Trump did the very thing he’s accusing his enemies of, records show.

In 1993, Trump signed a mortgage for a “Bermuda style” home in Palm Beach, Florida, pledging that it would be his principal residence. Just seven weeks later, he got another mortgage for a seven-bedroom, marble-floored neighboring property, attesting that it too would be his principal residence.

In reality, Trump, then a New Yorker, does not appear to have ever lived in either home, let alone used them as a principal residence. Instead, the two houses, which are next to his historic Mar-a-Lago estate, were used as investment properties and rented out, according to contemporaneous news accounts and an interview with his longtime real estate agent — exactly the sort of scenario his administration has pointed to as evidence of fraud.

At the time of the purchases, Trump’s local real estate agent told the Miami Herald that the businessman had “hired an expensive New York design firm” to “dress them up to the nines and lease them out annually.” ...

Why do I get the impression QPeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, has TDS?

I wish he were smarter.

Got a reliable source to verify that? Like I stated elsewhere, I was ignoring this thread on the basis of it using shit sources--and no, that isn't ad hominem as I'm not attacking the source but rather explaining my reasoning.
Be less stupid.

ProPublica broke this story by digging up the ACTUAL MORTGAGES Trump filled out and hyper linking to the actual public articles you can see in their article.

There will not be another source as they are the source and others discussing this are citing their work and links to source Mortgage doc's.
