Of course negro's are being caught up into all these ICE raids, because we all know we look like Latino's, but here's the deal....Latino activist are now including blacks in their pursuit for stopping these ICE raids...the same Latino's that shit all over blacks in their own communities, the same Latino's that voted 47% Trump and the same exact Latino's who no doubt should we join in their misery, will vote once again the GOP ticket. To all my Latino losers, its because your votes Trump got back into office and I want you to think of just how powerful a voting base we all could have been against white people had yall just listened to us....but its too late baby, yes its too late....LOL

And standards are LOWERED to join ICE. Essentially, any meat neck 18 to 45 with some past experience in any level of security (i.e., cops, military, hotel, corporate/business building, etc.) that has a driver's license and a clean record can take about a month of orientation and training to become an ICE agent. Hell, they're even hiring legal bounty hunters and paying them about $1 grand a head (arrest)! Don't worry if you don't have any experience in investigations or arrests.

A former co-worker that I use to know was on face book bragging about all the money he's making after joining ICE and he works in their office here at home. Dude was a food processor before that, no lie. His sole qualification no doubt, was white, white and a little bit more white....LOL

Nope. 21 to 37. You must possess a bachelors degree. You must have a valid driver's license. You cannot be a felon. You mus be eligible to carry a firearm. You must pass a background check.

Training is extensive, and requires 27 weeks, including passing all exams during and at the end of training. Training includes physical training, firearms training, and training in court case development, surveillance, gang organization (especially transnational gangs, customs and immigration law, etc. Physical requirements to pass are: 32 situps in 1 minute, 22 pushups in 1 minute, sprinting 220 yds in 47 seconds or less, and 1.5 miles in 14 minutes or less.

Looks like you would never be able to qualify!

ever hear of OSHA...The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) deals with unsafe code violations only when they create a hazard for workers. OSHA regulations apply to workplace conditions, whereas building codes are generally enforced by state or local government agencies. I rest my case.

It's a tried and true process .... create an economic and social atmosphere that will scare people into invoking the old James Brown line, ".... I got mine, dig it. Don't worry about his!" This results in your co-workers new largesse, but also results in Latinos for Trump suddenly finding family and friends being black bagged and "extraordinary renditioned" whether they are 100% "legal" or not.

As the old Chinese curse goes, we are living in interesting times.
