Another terrorist attack that's not getting attention

Senator Wicker(R-Mississippi) had a letter sent to him that was confirmed positive tested for Ricin. Wicker voted for the recent gun control to go forward for a vote.

he also in the last month voted

for no hiring non-essential federal employees - MAYBE THE UNIONS SENT HIM RICIN!!
voted against funds to help carry out obama care - what a bunch of asshole terrorist liberals!
voted against the violence against women act - probably some super feminists that tried to poison him!

So quick to the defense? Feeling guilty?

Gun control seems to be the only thing that volatile amongst the issues mentioned. Health care, dismantling of Unions and woman's rights issues have been going on for a long time. But gun control? That's worth killing for.

But, then again...I never accused anyone....you certainly did though.

sounds like you believe gun control is worth killing for.....how many gun rights legislators do you plan to kill?......

Sounds like you are trying to build a strawman. How many times have you heard "libruls" say "I'll rip those guns from your cold, dead hands"?

Hell, that's a tagline for gun supporters. So, you don't think that mindset, combined with the paranoia inducing right wing media, could spur an attack like this?

It's one thing to doubt....it's another to deny, and it's entirely another thing to try to "turn the tables".

And by the way....I am a gun owner and sportsman....but I don't believe in the NRA. They are just a front for weapons manufacturers to keep the money rolling in. It didn't used to be that way when I was a kid....but it's turned into that type on entity.

I believe that most people who are against the NRA now but who were for them once disagree with the NRA because they support candidates who are pro-gun and increasingly that has been mostly republicans. Here there are plenty of Blue-dog democrats and the NRA endorses them but I know it isn't that way everywhere in this country. But since the NRA genially supports republicans nationally and if I disagree with the republicans to start with, I am not going to like the NRA now. I don't see how the NRA is any more a weapons manufacturer supporter now than it was in the 70's or 80's. If my focus is guns and gun ownership and keeping legal and less restricted then obviously the decisions I make and efforts I put forth are going to benefit the gun manufacturers.

As a gun owner and an outdoorsman myself (I pause at the use of the word sportsman) I appreciate the efforts the NRA makes. I don't agree with all of their tactics nor do I support all the candidates they suggest I support. Many times I have not agree with the political compromises they have made in the past. Bt I do appreciate the overall effort they put forth and gladly send them their $35 per year to speak on my behalf in a place I have no desire to visit.

Jelly just listed other possibilities after reading the one listed about how it could be an attack by pro-gun people.
Are you really that dense or just really willing to ignore other replies that do not fit your agenda?
Was more votes the guy made that could be the reason somebody tried to attack him. Apparently you think the one you favored should be the only one mentioned. Are you always so inclined towards censorship?
