He is being a bastard and talking about my husband and his mistrust of the Vietnamese people and the namemisot Vietnam vets call them. He thinks he is being cleaver, he is just an asshole of the worst kind! He never went to 'Nam, never saw war. My dad still calls Japanese, Japs. I guess he would also like to degrade a WWII vet, also. He would also put down my nephews who have a name for the Iraq fighters they faced. I forgive these men their trespasses because war is hell. I don't forgive people like Domnuts because he sits pretty in his gubment job passing judgement on others who do things he doesn't have the courage to do!

Well, thanks, that was a compliment! I gave my girlfriend a teasing! She usually gets things right and so I didn't check, I told her she made me look bad!

Heck...USF is the same guy who st by quietly and sided with the two cows who spread that sickening rumor all over these boards about my daughter and I...it speaks VOLUMES about who he is as a person.

So racism is OK, as long as it's in your family; because then you can enable the behavior and make excuses for it.

I don't know who claimed racism wouldn't exist because we have a black President but racism will always be with us. And racism exists in more than just black and white forms. There is unfortunately hate between many different groups. And you've been on this earth longer than I have so you have more experience but I don't know how racism is any more public today than it was in the past.

i think that prejudice will be with us always, whether racial, ethnic, religious or whatever

however, public displays may be another thing in a century or so...i will not be around to see it though
