Even if you possess a way to perform an IP/MAC address check on each respondent, which I doubt, I can manage that.

Again that is explained in the article. Even the other articles explained the same thing.

Nobody. I use VPN myself and I usually have been banned or others who already used the same addresses already been banned. And posting on TOR is not allowed.
