Well it matters because there are those who don't believe that is your right. It wasn't that long ago that in many States you would not have been permitted to marry your lovely Latina bride. I am very sensitive to gay rights issues for the same reason since I'm also in an interracial marriage. The same arguments used now to prevent gay marriage were once used to prevent interracial marriages.

Most of the evidence known supports that it is learned behavior. The illogical response by many who have a cultural cowardice and fear of homosexuality is that because it is learned behavior it is immoral and can be unlearned. That's simply not true. Can you unlearn speaking English? Can you unlearn your food and dietary preferences? Can you unlearn your cultural and social patterns of behavior? Can you unlearn to read and write? You see my point....it might be possible to do so but it would be pretty damned difficult. The same is true of learned sexual preferences.

What I'm saying Mott is that be it genetics or choice, the cause is ultimately irrelvant. It's their right to be gay regardless.

You seem to be disagreeing with yourself more than me.

I don't know if it is genetics, but I think we are predisposed to have a preference or it gets set at a very early age.

I don't really believe it should matter.

I want everyone in America to tell a gay dude "what you do is weird bro, it's beyond me and I cant grasp it" The gay dude will probably state "That's because you aren't gay".

Because only gay men are gross to the dominant power house....
