It's also managed to at least rollback Obama's grotesque executive over-reach on DAPA -and at least curb the worst of regulatory rulings.

It's about the best balanced court available. The libs vote in lock step -the cons vote by thoughtful application of law.

Even the boogeyman Citizens United is Constitutionally sound,
as every previous 1/2 way measure on campaign finance reform has been shown to inhibit political speech.
