I'm not going to get into your nitpicking game. I'm not here to argue that they're a perfect organization that gets everything right 100% of the time. They aren't.

But they aren't the discredited, partisan & bumbling organization that you & Trump want everyone to believe they are. They do an incredible amount of good law enforcement work in America, the vast majority of which we never hear or read about. I'm glad we have them.

Esxactly so US. It’s as if the OP suggests a corrupt FBI that we ignore is the better option. Especially within our justice departments, at local, state, and federal levels we must hold high standards.

All of that is basically false. If the FBI is discredited with some of the populace, it is because Trump and his minions have engaged in a relentless campaign to do just that. And that is all.

My OP suggests nothing like that. Of course an organization like the FBI is not going to be perfect. Something like 35,000 people work for the FBI - if there are individuals who act unethically or in a way that isn't proper for their position, it hardly indicates systemic corruption. I have seen nothing at all to indicate the latter - when those individuals have been identified, they have been dealt w/ properly. There is none of the conspiracy or corruption that Trump constantly suggests.
