How about intel agencies, and the media?

No - we're less safe, more vulnerable & diminished in ways that most of us probably can't comprehend yet.

And please don't give me the "they brought it on themselves." Every single bit of this - the Nunes memo, "fake news," conspiracies & overblown suspicion - is designed to protect one man. A guy who makes his living on a foundation of lies & exaggerations, but has somehow inspired a nearly blind loyalty out of not only supporters but many who recognized in the campaign that he IS a con man and charlatan.

Hannity is the leading voice for most of the charges against these institutions. Just take a few minutes to think about that one.
 
Yes, we are. We should, as a matter of principle, always be distrusting of government and the institutions of power, else they are given carte Blanche to abuse it.
 
Nobody's throwing out the baby with the bath water. Just another day of policing our nation and finally treating swamp denizens the same as the average Joe. No one is above the law...least of all the law makers and the law enforcers. We need a little clean-up in the FBI & DOJ. That's all. The organizations will still stand.

a) Neither the initial application in October 2016, nor any of the renewals, disclose or reference the role of the DNC, Clinton campaign, or any party/campaign in funding Steele’s efforts, even though the political origins of the Steele dossier were then known to senior DOJ and FBI officials.

The FBI is all screwed up right now. They need to be going after politicians like Hillary Clinton who think they are above the law.

The FBI is now part of the swamp that needs to be drained.

I think the unavoidable conclusion is that ‘an element’ within the FBI used the powers granted to them, by Congress, for political purposes.

And you’re ok with this? Shouldn’t Nunes be a hero to democrats?

...these same people would be advocating for revolution.

It seems, though, that enough American conservatives are able to see the Trump Administration situation for the deplorable abomination it is...and I think they will join with liberals and independents to end this horror show.

Yeah, the conservative deplorables who infest the Internet forums will continue to sieg the heil...but the most part they will be tasting their own irrelevancy.

I did. I thought it was somewhat overblown, but also pretty stupid on her part - and she paid the price for that. Arguably, that issue cost her the election.

I was not a Hillary supporter. Part of me is glad she lost, even though the Trump Presidency is as bad and damaging as I suspected it might be. But a President Hillary would have spelled doom for Democrats in Congress for a generation, and likely set back progressive ideals for years.
