That wasn't a video- it was a series of still shots that was narrated by a Fox news babe. In it, she states that "in one photo, which was posted online..." and refers to the picture of the guy with what appears to be a General Lee's Army of Northern Virginia battle flag. So we have no evidence whatsoever of that image being from that event. It could be from some other place, posed by an FBI plant, or photoshopped.
