I did just that. The law, as written, says, "any resident" of Massachusetts and is restricted to families and pregnant women. Illegal foreigners are not "residents" of that state. Therefore, what the state is doing is illegal under their own laws. This is just one more case of the Left doing stupid shit at great cost...
