A man accused of killing a 71-year-old woman last week told police he invited friends over to do drugs at the victim's Far North Dallas house afterward, telling them he was "house-sitting" for his aunt and that the garage was "off-limits."

Michael McClendon, 45, of Dallas remained in the Dallas County Jail on Tuesday, charged with capital murder and drug possession. His bail is set at $550,000.

Police were called to Norma Kakacek's home in the 7300 block of Paldao Drive on Wednesday morning. They found her dead inside; neighbors said she had been stabbed.

Her friends and family grew concerned after she missed two appointments on Tuesday and didn’t show up for work Wednesday, an arrest affidavit said.

When a family member couldn't contact her, he went to her home where he found the back door wide open. He went inside and found her dead in the bathroom, an arrest warrant affidavit said.

Kacacek's Lexus SUV was missing from the home, and police were able to follow a tip the next day and find it near Oak Lawn.

They arrested the driver, 37-year-old Reginald Taylor of Dallas, on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle. He was being held Monday at the Dallas County Jail with bail set at $250,000.

When Taylor was interviewed by police, he said McClendon picked him up late Monday or early Tuesday in a gray Lexus SUV. He took Taylor and two women to Kakacek’s home and told them he was watching the house for his aunt, the affidavit said.

Mike gave them a tour of the house and told them not to go into the part of the house near the garage, where Kakacek's body was later found, the affidavit said.

Just your everyday Dreamers. I always laugh at how sad these stories make liberals. I have challenged them many times to post the stories of white gang members gang raping a black chick. They never come up with anything. Make no mistake. If the stories were there, people like Zipperhead would post them.

An arrest has been made in the Lisa Ziegert murder case- an enduring mystery that has gone unsolved for decades.

Hampden County District Attorney Anthony Gulluni announced that Gary E. Schara of West Springfield was arrested Saturday at a medical facility in Connecticut. He will be charged in Massachusetts with murder, aggravated rape, and kidnapping in the Ziegert case.

Gulluni said that DNA testing and analysis confirmed Schara as their suspect. The DA said that investigators were also provided with handwritten documents in which Schara admitted to the crimes.

Ziegert, a 24 year-old teacher, disappeared from her second job at a card store in Agawam in the spring of 1992. Her body was found on Easter Sunday, dumped in a wooded area four miles away from the store.

The district attorney said that there was no romantic connection between Schara, who was a Longmeadow resident at the time, and Ziegert. In fact, it is not known whether Schara knew Ziegert at all prior to the crime. He also had no apparent connection to the card shop.

Though the recent revelations in the evidence led them to make the arrest, Gulluni said that Schara had been a person of interest in the case since 1993.

“Over the years, the single-source male DNA profile developed from the evidence in this case has been recurrently run against state, national and international databases. With no match. Considering this fact, in recent months I decided to direct the investigation back to individuals who were persons of interest over the years,” Gulluni said.

According to the clerk’s office at Rockville Superior Court in Connecticut, Schara was arraigned there Monday as a fugitive from justice. He will be extradited back to Massachusetts, where the case will go to a grand jury.

Gulluni said that Schara will arraigned in Westfield District Court once the extradition process plays out in Connecticut, and that could be as soon as Tuesday.

Gulluni said that prior to his arrest this weekend, Schara had attempted suicide.

There's no reason to infer that race or DACA status has anything to do with these crimes, and all suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

A former college football player featured on the Netflix series “Last Chance U” was arrested Wednesday and charged with murder.

Isaiah Wright, whose wrenching story was profiled on the popular documentary series, was arrested, along with his brother Camion Patrick and two others for their alleged roles in the July 25 killing of Caleb Radford.

Radford, 18, was stabbed to death in Louisville, Tenn.

Wright, 20, initially had a scholarship to play running back at Auburn. He left EMCC and went on to Division II West Georgia but wound up leaving school before this season.

He was arrested in Tennessee.

Patrick, 22, a former Tennessee recruit who also played two years at EMCC (before the NetFlix series was filmed there), most recently was a member of the University of Indiana football team in 2016. After suffering a knee injury last season, he was granted a medical hardship waiver in July. He remained on scholarship, and was suspended following his arrest this week.

According to reports, two other men, Keshawn Hopewell, 21, and Itiq Green, 28, were also arrested last month in Alcoa, Tenn., in connection to Radford’s death.

Saul Lee Suarez, 18, was arrested on Friday. He is the second arrest in the death of Johnathon Munoz, 19, who was gunned down at Williamson Park in Bryan.

A 16-year-old has also been arrested for the September 8th murder.
According to police reports, the murder stemmed from a robbery. Police say Suarez and the 16-year-old planned to rob Munoz of the marijuana he was selling.

The robbery ended in a gunfight between Munoz and the 16-year-old. Police say Suarez was acting as a lookout, armed in case things went bad.

Cellphone records show, minutes before his death, Munoz was texting with the teenager about the drug deal. The teen was also shot in his arm during the gunfight.

Police believe the 16-year-old planned the robbery so he could turn around and sell the marijuana.

His bond is set for $108,000 for both the murder charge and a weapon-related charge.

A Springville man was arrested Wednesday afternoon on reports of sexually assaulting and raping a girl at a party.

According to police reports, on Aug. 27, a teenage girl attended a party at a Springville home. At about 1:30 a.m., she and a friend were pressured to get into a hot tub, despite not having swim attire. The girl got up to go to the bathroom and on her way back to the party, she met up with Nolan Hullinger.

The two started talking and Hullinger asked her if she wanted to go into a back room with him, reports state. The girl said no, but Hullinger, 18, grabbed her by the wrist and pulled her into the room.

Hullinger then reportedly picked her up, threw her on the bed, and removed her clothing. The girl tried to fight him off, but Hullinger held her arms down and forced her to engage in sexual intercourse with him, reports state.

The girl cried out for a friend, at which point Hullinger reportedly stopped. The girl put her clothing back on and left the room.

The Benton County Sheriff's Office arrested a Benton County man on Monday for raping a 15-year-old girl.

According to the police report, then 46-year-old Lynn Alan Sanders of Siloam Springs, was at a rental home along Beaver Lake in August 2016.

Sanders and the girl were in the garage late at night drinking beer when Sanders became "pushy" and repeatedly asked her if she wanted to have sex.

The two then had sex after the 15-year-old had "approximately 7 to 9 beers in a 30 minute span," according to the report.

According to police, the 15-year-old girl lives in Arizona and a forensic interview was conducted in Arizona back in May 2017.

On June 30, Sanders was interviewed by the Siloam Springs Police Department about the incident.

Sanders denied anything happened between the two, and turned his phone over to authorities to be searched.

The search results included a conversation between Sanders and the girl, that included Sanders admitting to having sex with her.

Sanders is charged with Rape and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.

Sanders is currently being held in the Benton County Jail without bond and is due in court on October 30.

Very true, it's like when someone from the normal religion brings up the crimes of Islam, liberals will say "WHAT ABOUT THE CRIMES OF THE CRUSADES?"

She's the only stupid moderator I've seen here, as evidenced by her apparent belief that you are a conservative, as opposed to your true identity.

Which liberal are you when you aren't trolling?

I thought that you thought you knew. What happened to your sick, perverted sex fantasies about me being Watermark?
