DE&I has its foundings in the ‘60’s during the civil rights era during a time when women and minorities (mainly blacks) were denied many jobs because of discrimination.

Today when talking about DE&I women are still included but it’s main focus is on black people.

On the surface many people support it. When peeling back the onion and seeing all that it entails there are arguments to made against certain ways it is run. But those examples and stories need to be shared and explained. Just screaming about the left doesn’t do that.

Not that this board should be a proxy for anything but how many posters of a progressive persuasion have we seen say they hope conservatives die or want to see the country split up and red states separated etc? A reminder when you hear people like also claim how much they love diversity. They often love the idea of diversity but can't stand the actual practice of it.
