yes expect Earl to dance around addressing the remainder of that law he is citing says that under current U.S. law, those who manage to reach American soil and claim asylum will not be deported until their case has been considered in a hearing and appeal process. If refugees can establish a basis for asylum, they will be permitted to stay in the United States, even though they may have entered the country illegally.


So Earl is pushing a process where we have fewer people to hear the hearings and thus the time to get and resolve the hearing is increased dramatically, thus letting more illegals stay in America.

The opposite of what Obama did by massively increasing the staff to hear the appeals and then to deport much more quickly, which Magats have been blocking Biden from also doing.

So no one should take any Magat seriously on the border as they will do everything to make the issue worse and not better.

No, not by law, was a provision Biden added, but according to current immigration law one seeking refugee status can do so at the border

And I have shown you umpteen times this is not so, if it were Abbott would be a criminal
