Ashli Babbitt’s killer Admitted He Didn’t Know If She Was Threat

No you explain how a mob that she did not control justified shooting her.

Maybe you need to learn the history of mobs and mob mentality. There is no way to predict what they will do. They're dangerous.

Being a leader or not a leader of a mob has nothing to do with it.

So shooting her wouldn't be justified because it would not reliably stop the mob which she had no apparent control of.

Her shooting wasn't justified because the conditions when she was shot didn't meet federal use of deadly force guidelines. The officer could have come out of that side room or hallway, announced his presence, and confronted her. He did none of that. He didn't shout a warning at her, nada, zip point shit. He fired on her immediately.

That's in total contradiction to federal use of force guidelines. The officer was completely wrong and totally fucked up shooting her.

Look at the half-dozen or so officers on the other side of that door mixed in with the mob. Not one of them drew their weapon. They were dealing with the rioters by physical presence and verbal commands alone. The jackass that shot Babbitt could have done the same, but being a repeat fuck up, he did the wrong thing and shot her.

What makes his offense so much worse is, after he shot her, he fled the scene. Explain that away.

Answer this. The Capitol Building was closed to the public. None of them had the right to be there. She in fact was trying to break into the room with Congressmen. She was properly shot. All those motherfuckers deserved to be shot.

No, she wasn't "properly shot." The officer failed to follow federal use of force guidelines.

Babbitt at the time she was shot was neither being resistant or assaultive. The officer made ZERO attempt to control her with less than lethal force. He then fled the scene after shooting her. Those are all in gross violation of federal use of force rules that he had to follow.

She should never have been in the building. I thought conservatives believed in taking responsibility for your actions.
