If the shooting of Babbit was justified, then it was justified on its own merits. You can't wrongly kill a person and then justify it because he/she was being used as an example. She has no control or responsibility over what others would do if she gets through the window.

The capitol building isn't someone's house. People have a right to be there. I am one of the 50% of tax payers that actually pays federal income tax unlike the other 50% that don't pay any federal income tax and leech off the system. I should be able to walk into that building any fucking time I like without the possibility not being shot and killed by a rent a cop.
