Ashli Babbitt’s killer Admitted He Didn’t Know If She Was Threat

And you still refuse to admit that in my scenario no reasonable person would be calling for the person in the McDonalds to be charged with murder. You can't admit it because it would prove you are not a reasonable person.

Let's not forget, it wasn't just a single, crazed woman. She was the lead of a mob who were going to follow her through, just as they did from the outside barricades for the previous two hours.

The mob was a weapon. Shooting Babbitt stopped them in their tracks because none of the idiots behind her wanted to get shot.

If the shooting of Babbit was justified, then it was justified on its own merits. You can't wrongly kill a person and then justify it because he/she was being used as an example. She has no control or responsibility over what others would do if she gets through the window.

Correct. She was a violent member of a mob seeking to break through the final barricade protecting Congress.

I would have emptied the magazine, but I'm retired military, not a cop.

Lets have someone break into your house, but you aren't sure if they are a threat. So what do you do?

The capitol building isn't someone's house. People have a right to be there. I am one of the 50% of tax payers that actually pays federal income tax unlike the other 50% that don't pay any federal income tax and leech off the system. I should be able to walk into that building any fucking time I like without the possibility not being shot and killed by a rent a cop.

You have no fucking right to walk into a building any time you want. In this case the building was closed, and she didn't just walk in.

Then why were you hiding in the closet when it all went down? Laundry Day?

Trump sounded the rallying cry on 19DEC20. Even a poor, drunken hobo could have hitchhiked from California to DC in the 2+ weeks to 1/6.

Why didn't you go? I'm truly curious.

They rioted for over two hours, injuring police and vandalizing the building.

Even Trump condemned the violence and vandalism a week later....before he flip-flopped...again. LOL

Just a handful from a log of more than 900 marauders paying for their three hours at "The People's House".

What closet was I hiding in? Oh I see your confusion. Yeah I do this thing everyday, you may have heard of it but may not considering the circles you hang out in, it's called a job. That means you have to go places and do things and people other than the govt pay you. It's like talking French to you

No. People have no more right to be there than have a right to be in the White House or at a National Park when it is closed.
