He was denigrating gay people when he said they were lucky to be living in the US. That if they lived in Gaza, they would be thrown off a tall building. Then he followed up in a mocking tone with:

“Wait, they don’t have ANY tall buildings in Gaza!”

He bathed in the laughter from his audience.

So, in just a couple of sentences, he denigrates gays and Muslims and celebrates mass slaughter of Gazans.
