Remdesivir has been shown to shorten the recovery time for hospitalized patients. The Trump administration has bought up all they can get (do you think they will share it with any shithole countries?)

Dexamethasone sharply cuts the death rate in severe cases. This drug is cheap and widely available, so Trump couldn't corner that.

No results yet on ingesting disinfectant.
