Every suicide that happens on someone's "watch" is their responsibility?

I guess the buck really does stop with POTUS. That's an amazing sort of expectation/claim.

What about the ones in Singapore, Hong Kong, London, Bangkok etc. Gonna blame them on Obama too? The news said at least five of the suicides had connections to J.P. Morgan, maybe that's where you should be assigning blame.
