if the opposition makes it their top priority to attempt to stop any and everything that a President seeks to accomplish, at some point, any sane person would understand how he might say, fuck it... I'll do what I can on my own.
 
The President should do everything he is constitutionally entitled to do to promote the agenda he was elected to promote, they are doing everything they are constitutionally entitled to do to promote what they were elected to promote. . .

The Executive Order is not any less constitutional than the filibuster or confidential holds on legislation.

i actually don't have a problem with the presidency issuing executive orders. I just enjoy the hypocrisy.

Yep, poor Obummer...nobody likes him. Reagan had to deal with far worse when he was President. The difference was that he wasn't an arrogant whiney inexperienced dunce like Obummer and knew he had to work with Tip O'Niel. Every budget Reagan sent o the house was declared DOA.
