What percentage of American voters are "their base"? Trump only holds a little over 50% of Republican voters. Considering that about 70% of Americans don't want to be Republicans, that leaves about 15% who are Republican but not Trump fans.

I don't think so. Meadows might, but Barr hasn't tried to dodge subpoenas or lied to congress. He's been willing to testify freely to the J6 committee. He tried to cover for trump and hired Durham the partisan hack who failed in his mission to find that "deep state". Barr has been unethical and irresponsible, but he stopped at the edge of illegality.
