Battling Depression has never been so difficult

Lost my Mom Xmas night 2 years ago!
Hit me a lot harder than my dad's passing.
A beautiful woman who loves you is the best medicine.
Short of that, herbs

That made me laugh that was funny and you're right. I was close to my mother more so than my dad. My dad was one of those I guess you can say "rolling stones." You also have my condolences for the loss of your mother.

Quick message to the board,

I do apologize for being personal and not trying to be the dark cloud but it was a day where it's like you wanna talk to a friend but you don't have a friend to talk to. I'm very cautious of who I befriend and even at work, my relationship is at arms length. So I do apologize again for the personal thread.

No need to apologize.

No apology needed bud.

places like this are actually a really good place to discuss these things.

right out where people can see and benefit vicariously.

these issues belong to all of us

for some they are just much deeper and urgent.

anytime you want lets discuss it.

wether its urgent or not.

me and Don quiote would discuss these issues quite a bit when he going through some really burdening issues from his past and his heroic fight for his life with cancer.

we would discuss what happened to me as a child and his past.

THE MAN IS A HERO in my book for his relentless will and Flat out honesty about his life.

I am amazingly proud of him and the battle he waged and won.

I bet he would be more than willing to join us in discussions.

there are people here dude.

any time

let her rip

When we coming home, love pick up a phone
Said, you know we both feeling something inside our heart
If he is to stay, had to go away
Now they both feeling they gotta be apart

To my mother, I love you, ain't no one above you
When the morning come you're still inside my heart
Them reasons, they wrong, gonna carry on
No, we got to be

No, why does this man find them only reason
To ease down they temple? Yeah
Fat spliffs of weed, summertime be better when they got sensimilla
Yeah, no no no yeah, no no no yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah

Now, when we coming home, love pick up a phone
You know they both feeling something inside the heart
If he is to stay, had to go away
Now they both feeling they gotta be apart

To my bother, I love you, ain't no one above you
When the morning come you're still inside my heart
The reasons, they wrong, gonna carry on
Said, you got to be

No, why does this man find them only reason
To ease down they temple? Yeah
Fat spliffs of weed, summertime be better when they got sensimilla
Yeah, no no no yeah, no no no yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah

Lord, I got to go, seek weed, you never know when I
Lord, I got to go, seek weed, you never know when I, yeah
Oh Lord, I got to go, seek weed, you never know when I
Lord, I got to go, seek weed, you never know when I, yeah

I have to admit the dude has a point.

If you can obtain in a legal fashion weed it can have some benefit.

Don't do it illegally only legally.

It might be a little scary at first but that is because it will open your mind in certain ways.

Some people are a little put off with how it allows your mind to freeflow.

Unless you have some preexisting medical conditions that make it a bad idea then it might help you toss the booze.

Booze ( oh yeah its fun) is too much of a depressant to be doing you good.

if you can do it legally and your healthy is good enough then give it a try

I don't need no fortune
I don't need no fame
That's all just an illusion
To me, it don't mean a thing, no

You can try and deceive me
But I see right through your skin
And what you're trying to tell me
Is something I don't believe in
Listen to me

Don't tell me how to live my life
Don't tell me how to pray
Don't tell me how to sing my song
Don't tell me what to say

'Cuz I believe that miracles
Happen every day
I don't care what you say
I'm gonna do it my way

You say you have all the answers
And I should do it your way
How many times do I have to tell you
I ain't no puppet on a string?
Listen to me

Don't tell me how to live my life
Don't tell me how to pray
Don't tell me how to sing my song
Don't tell me what to say

'Cuz I believe that miracles
Happen every day
I don't care what you say
I'm gonna do it my way
I'm gonna do it my way
What'd you say?

Don't tell me how to live my life
Don't tell me how to pray
Don't tell me how to sing my song
Don't tell me what to say

Don't tell me how to live my life
Don't tell me how to pray
Don't tell me how to sing my song
Don't tell me what to say

'Cuz I believe that miracles
Happen every day
I don't care what you say
I'm gonna do it my way
I'm gonna do it my way
I'm gonna do it my way, all of it
