I take it you forgot the 'not' before 'refute'. Proper names are capitalized, even if you hate the man's guts.
Democrats do praise what Joe Biden tells them to praise such as made up stories about how the economy is doing great (we are still in economic depression and have been since 2020, which was started by the Democrats); stories about how Joe Biden is bringing 'peace to America' (by civil war mongering and attempting to take away guns); and in 'saving the planet' (by shutting down industry and the economy with it, and jumping on board with the 'destroy the farmers' bullshit).
In other words, Democrats praise the lies of Joe Biden, but nothing about what he has actually done.
