There is NOTHING radical about it but some folks are that brainwashed by corporate media. Common sense dictates that everyone is better off with an educated populace. The only ones who lose are the ones who benefit from having a dumbed-down and needy compliant electorate who are thankful for the trickle down crumbs their lords and masters drop on them.

Standing for something and being able to deliver on it are two vastly different things.

Ol' BS runs on proposals he knows will never come to pass.

With or without ol' BS...

There will be no free college.

There will be no free Medicare for all.

If one knows he can't deliver on his platform, why would one waste their vote on him?

I'd rather have an effective President who can run the country and work with both sides to get doable things done.

Do you understand how proposals become law?

Are you familiar with the rules of the Senate?

Are you aware of something called the filibuster and the majority required to block one?

As long as there are more than 34 Republicans or members of either party in the Senate who oppose ol' BS's proposals, there will not be enough votes to pass them.

It's very simple.

You're entirely correct it will be sweet when Bernie tries to sell, free healthcare, free college, minimum wage of $15 TO $20 an hour, erasing all college debt. A job for anyone that want's one. I will love seeing Trump clean his clock.

How will Trump "clean his clock"? Trump is afraid of Bernie most because they're contemporaries who grew up in the same area, but lived completely different lives. Trump is scared of Bernie because Trump knows Brooklyn owns Queens.

We tried BoThSiDeS with Obama and Clinton. All it did was make Conservatives more intransigent. In what world would the Republicans, who just covered for Trump and defended the illegitimate attacks against Joe Biden, ever want to work with Democrats?
