No, actually, there is zero evidence of that.
He didn't bullshit about declassifying them. He sent them right back. And the special prosecutor Republicans are clamoring for is only secondarily about the documents Trump refused to turn back and concealed. None was even mentioned after the documents were revealed. not until many months later after they still had not been returned. The SP is mainly about Jan. 6 and the ongoing grand jury investigation into it.

In Texas if drugs are not in your actual possession, meaning in your pocket, or in your hand, or hidden on your body somewhere, the only way to prosecute you is through a theory called constructive possession. There must be evidence that the drugs are somewhere in your control AND that you knew they were there!
If this standard were applied in the Biden document case, they would have to prove he was in control of an office. He had left two years prior, and that he knew the documents were there. If you have evidence of that, I will be very interested.

Had trump returned each and every document as Biden did, there would have been no problem. Yet after intentionally stealing them, he hid the docs and refused to return them. Huge difference.

VP Biden did not have the authority to de-classify them.

That's the indicator of "intent" and severity. But as I understand it, if I were still a government employee and someone found classified documents in my home no matter how innocent the excuse mishandling classified documents is a pretty egregious action in that job.
Both Biden and Trump must be treated equally on that initial prima facie concept. With more investigation we can figure out why some of Trump's documents are missing (did he sell them to Putin?) and why he and his team did everything to hide them once it was figured out that there was something to be found.
But the initial stages must be conducted similarly.
