Watch a video where someone falls asleep, note that it isn't green screened, etc. and that folks around the sleeping individual are indeed moving and reacting to what is being said... Then pretend that it was someone else "editing" reality because gaslighting yourself is better than admitting the reality. Other morons will agree with you, and because of confirmation bias you will believe that means it is "true" and that it was your lying eyes that were wrong.
