It's in the same category as "social security will go broke by (insert year)" "Amazon will take over NYC" "space tourism will begin" "oil will run out by 2020" "trump will win the election in a landslide" etc. The internet is teeming with failed predictions that go back decades, even centuries. You don't like Biden so you're jumping on that bandwagon; also, since when is it the US's sole responsibility to keep China in check? What's the UK doing about China?
You think trump is tough on China yet he sold out the US's soybean farmers as his show of strength. He doesn't really give a rat's ass about farmers, just about maintaining his self-proclaimed image as a great dealmaker.
